About Us!

Echo Lake Bible Camp was established in 1933 by a group of familes who wanted to have a place for Christian camping. It eventually became affiliated with the donmination that is now the Evangellical Missionary Church of Canada. ELBC a registered non profit charity that is funded by donations, program registrations, and facility rental income. We offer summer programming for kids, youth and families, fall and winter retreats, and year-round facility rentals.

Our mission

Our Core Values

  1. Community: ELBC is a place where both individuals and groups come together to build a thriving community.

  2. Fun: We laugh loud, hard, and often. Striving to create an enjoyable and relaxed environment where people of all ages share good times and fellowship together.

  3. Service: Our purpose is to serve God and others, including campers, guests, volunteers, and stakeholders. We strive to promote the satisfaction that comes from selfless service.

  4. Stewardship: ELBC is a hidden gem where we honour God by responsibly stewarding His land, finances, and resources for the long term.

  5. Adaptability: A constant in our organization is change. Different seasons bring different challenges that we must adapt to achieve God’s mission.

  6. Equipping leaders: We equip people to grow by faith in Christ to be leaders in and beyond camp. We recruit volunteers in order to release leaders.
