ELBC 2023 Rental Rates

Minimum Daily Rate :
$795/Night (includes 35 guests), OR $22 per person for 36 or more guests
HIGH SEASON: June-September, & ALL HOLIDAY LONG WEEKENDS LOW SEASON is October - May (Excluding holiday long weekends)

LOW SEASON 15% Off the Regular Rate ($675/Night for up to 35 guests, per person rate $22/person less 15% which is approximately $18.70/person)
NEW DISCOUNTED RATE: WeekDAY Rentals: 20% Off the Regular Rate (Low season rentals only, Monday - Friday checkout, not including long weekends.)
Groups with 50 or more guests may qualify for a large group discount, please inquire.
Partner Church: 15% off all rentals, all seasons
OTHER FEES:
Day Guests: $12/person
Groups arriving before 1:00 pm or leaving after 5:00 pm will pay an additional minimum daily rate.
Cleaning rate is $50/hr if we have to charge for additional cleaning
Sound system rental is $75/day for our full system (please inquire)
Small Group Rentals for Meetings, staff retreats, trainings, etc.
Day meeting/retreat (9-6, up to 10 people): $75 More than 10 people: $7.50 /person
Partner Churches: please inquire for rates
Day and overnight personal retreats for pastors/vocational ministry: no charge
These rates are subject to availability with preference given to full rental bookings, and will be considered primarily during down season
WEDDING rentals
Because the needs of a wedding booking are much more involved, there will now be a rate for wedding rentals. It will be a flat rate of $1800. There is no day option for wedding rentals, it will be booked from Friday-Sunday (or other 2-day block as requested).
Includes :
Rental from Friday 4:00 - Sunday 1:00, and all the guests the couple plans to invite (no additional charge per person).
Up to 2 tours/planning visits prior to the wedding date
A consultation with their caterer if needed (phone or in person should they need to tour the facility).
Planning communications with the Rental Coordinator
Access to all the buildings, grounds, and amenities that are included in regular rentals (chairs, tables, pews etc. included).
Please note:
Weekend bookings are a 2-day minimum. This applies to high and low season. Weekend rentals will be booked Friday-Sunday (or the minimum rate for the second night will be charged if only staying one night). * Some exceptions may apply, please inquire.
Rental rate increases will be evaluated each year. If there are changes, we will notify all booked groups by October 31 of the year before new rates will be applied.
Security Deposit & Cancellation policy
DEPOSIT
Deposit is 40% of the minimum daily rate x number of days. High Season will be $318/day and low season will be $270/day. For example, a weekend low season rental from Friday-Sunday will be a $540 Deposit.
Returning groups with a deposit on file do not need to top up their deposit. After 5 years, we will re-evaluate the deposit amount if needed.
The deposit is due once the Rental Application is approved in order to reserve your booking.
Deposit is non-refundable after April 1 for high-season, and at 50% if cancelled after September 1 of the year prior to the booking. For example, if the deposit for a booking in June-September is $1000, cancellation after September 1st would result in a refund of 50% or $500, and if cancelled on April 1st or later the deposit is not refundable.
For low season, the deposit is non-refundable at 30 days prior to the booking dates, and a 50% for 3 months prior to booking.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that ELBC must cancel a booking due to weather, renovations, etc., a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
If cancellation is due to covid-related illness or mandatory quarantine of multiple guests, or if new regulations restrict the use of our facilities for the planned event, no cancellation fee will be required. However we do ask that you provide as much notice as possible in these situations.
