Our fourth annual fall fundraising event

Mark your calendars! Our 3rd annual Cowboy Christmas fundraising event is coming up on December 7 at Echo Lake Bible Camp! This is a wonderful evening of all things western and Christmas, with a hearty beef dinner, music by local country music performer Justin Labrash, and some fun auction activities.

Please wear your best western and/or Christmas gear,

there will be prizes!

Doors at 5:00, Meal at 6:00

Tickets:

$50 for adults (includes a tax receiptable donation of $25)
$35 for students 12 + (enrolled in FT school or post secondary)
$12 for children 5-12, under 5 are free
$250 Table of 6 ($125 tax receipt to the ticket buyer, will not be divided among the guests)

This is our majoy fall fundraiser to support the winter expenses at ELBC. If you cannot attend, please consider sending your gift to the camp this month to top off your year-end giving. All donations are tax-receiptable. Your gifts are essential to the stability of the camp as we rely on giving to fund about half of our annual budget. We are hoping to raise $40,000 this year to support our operational expenses, which assures we can continue to provide quality camp ministry next year!

Justin Labrash

Our live music will be brought to you by Saskatchewan's 2023 Male Artist of the Year and Songwriter of the Year, country recording artist, Justin LaBrash! Justin entertains audiences with a high energy live show, with a mix of covers and original works, including songs from his 2023 SCMA Country Album of the Year, “The Neon Palm Tree.” Justin has played more than 600 shows, both solo and with his band, True North, from Vancouver to St. John's, and from Hay River NWT to Niagara Falls.
Justin is also a rancher from Weyburn area and is providing beef for our meal!

We have a new ticket order form this year that provides free order processing for non-profits. Because it’s free, there is an option to make a contribution to the platform, called “Zeffy”, which allows them to cover costs. This saves us a lot of money in credid card fees and you can choose to add a contribution or not! Just note that the contribution amount is auto-filled out so if you don’t want to pay the fee make sure to change it manually.

New to this platform is the option to pay by Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) directly through the order form. You will be directed to enter your banking login info and the payment will withdraw directly from your bank account. This is a secure payment option through “Stripe”. PLEASE NOTE: the PAD option takes 5-10 business days to process payment.
